You can use an ear bulb syringe or an an egg blowing tool, such at the Blas-Fix.
If you are using the ear bulb syringe, you will need to pierce both ends of the egg using a straightened paper clip or a pin.
Use the pin or paper clip to break the yolk on the inside of the egg.
Use the syringe to blow out the contents of the egg. The contents can be put in a bowl.
Use running water to rinse the outside and inside of the egg. I use a little bit of soap to get it clean.
Set it aside on a microwave-safe plate.
Once you get a few eggs, microwave them for about 30 -60 seconds, depending on your microwave, to dry them out.
